Find the named quest NPC
The Wiki NPC directory groups Toma and Marnie under Bluestone Caverns. Exact coordinates and an approach route were not supplied in the reviewed pages. Confirm the NPC and objective in your own quest log before handing over a Scroom.
Toma: Weight of Proof
The Toma page asks for a Flintcap of at least 120 Hz. Catch a qualifying Flintcap and give it to Toma. The source expresses the requirement in Hz; this guide does not convert it into a mass or invent a different threshold.
Reported rewards are 1,650 XP and 525 Chimes. A level gate, repeatability and a reliable Flintcap catch location remain unverified. The source explicitly calls Flintcap Common, but its recommended Luck setup is not treated as a tested catch probability.
Marnie: Bad Equipment
The Marnie page gives level 34 as a requirement and asks you to catch and give her two Malignytes. It lists 2,550 XP and 750 Chimes as the rewards.
The reviewed text does not specify a minimum frequency for those Malignytes, a repeatable capture route or whether the quest can be repeated. Those missing details are not replaced with zero or assumed to have no restriction.
Do not budget repeatable income from these rewards
