Reach the recorded travel stage
At 41:00–43:15 of Dimstra’s Sanctum session, the player wins a second race, describes the Echo Step reward as an airborne second jump, then uses the upgraded boots to reach Tall Trees. Activate Songtreads and use the second jump after leaving the ground.
This is a recorded progression sequence. The complete race prerequisite chain, exact approach coordinates and touch/controller timing remain unverified.
Read the route evidence
We checked the original 1280×720 frames in Dimstra’s 13 October collection video, matching the selected Index portraits to visible location names and the narrated traversal. These are recorded locations, not our own playtest or guarantees of a particular catch. Complete the current catch prompts and check the name of your result.
Tall Trees is the video’s Index tab. Grave of the Gilded appears as a sub-area banner at 14:28. This explains a distinction that the secondary roster, which groups 13 names under that grave label, does not capture. The video shows 15 Tall Trees entries across two scroll positions, including Craglin and Elder Goldoak; this is dated coverage, not proof of the current game’s full roster. We do not make the grave name an alias of the entire region.
Lower clearing and hollow tree
- Bugkin, 12:05–12:27: from the starting approach, follow the lower orange clearing toward the large tree. Look for the Bugkin-labelled playing spot. Play inside it and check your catch result.
- Peachfur, 12:30–12:43: continue to the neighbouring circle beside the broad trunk. The recording shows the Peachfur marker and then selects its named Common Index card.
- Antheron, 12:45–13:07: enter the rectangular opening in the large hollow tree near this clearing. Continue into the dark trunk interior to the named playing spot by the wall.
Stream and the first two graves
- Oracle of Cervos, 13:24–13:59: follow the shallow stream around the trunks to the purple-flowered platform. The banner reads Grave of the Seer, and the Oracle of Cervos marker is visible before its selected Index portrait.
- Elder Goldoak, 14:06–14:37: return toward the house, then climb the ladder and raised route behind it. The next grave banner reads Grave of the Gilded. The player selects Elder Goldoak here.
The separate Chieftains of Old task now has a checked objective-and-return sequence below. A grave’s Bloomcall interaction is not automatically a prerequisite for catching every related creature: this player already catches Elder Goldoak before starting that task.
Upper ledges and the third grave
- Pagodai, 14:39–14:51: continue uphill from the Gilded grave route to the raised orange ledge near the rope-bridge approach. Use the named playing circle shown before the green, tiered Index portrait.
- Maplevein, 14:53–15:03: cross to the opposite raised platform. The Maplevein marker and selected orange portrait identify the spot.
- Ignara, 15:29–15:46: continue along the upper ladders and ledges to the third grave. Look for Grave of the Ember and the Ignara marker. Activation prerequisites remain unisolated.
Frequency conflict: Wiki revision 563 prints 1.2k–2.1k Hz, while the video’s Ignara panel prints 1.3K Hz–2.1K Hz. The entry keeps a null, disputed range. Abbreviations are not converted into exact endpoints, and a frequency range is not a measured catch probability or an instrument requirement.
Four more catches in the lower clearings
The longer Tall Trees recording shows named catch results for these four entries. These observations support a usable place to try; they do not establish exclusive spawn boundaries, required buffs or guaranteed results.
- Ebonroot, 07:15–07:55: stand on the orange ground beside the huge trunk and the lower red-trimmed houses with hanging cloth. The player begins a normal instrument catch here and the result reads Ebonroot at 07:55.
- Limegill, 11:20–11:40: from the lower settlement, continue to the open orange clearing between the trunks and the narrow water channel. The recording shows Limegill at 11:20, then Harmonic Limegill at 11:40. Harmonic is a tone of that species, not another creature entry.
- Fuzzbud, 11:45–12:00: stay in that water-channel clearing and play again. The next shown sequence ends with the Fuzzbud catch result and new Index entry at 12:00.
- Marakoa, 12:05–12:20: the player continues at the same clearing and receives a named Marakoa result at 12:20. Check the result of your own catch instead of assuming the next response will match.
Activate the three graves: Chieftains of Old
This is a separate recorded task, not a requirement to buy Ballad of Three Reigns or an established gate for every Fabled catch.
- Have Bloomcall available in your Ocarina. BloxInformer’s Songs row attributes learning it to Elanor’s questline in Songkeeper’s Grove. The exact objectives, minimum level and complete earlier chain remain unknown here; the Tall Trees player already knows the song. The Ocarina reference lists the previously reported input sequence, which should be checked against your own Known Songs screen.
- Accept Chieftains of Old from Savage at Bellaume Encampment. At 16:10 the original HUD visibly names Savage and lists all four objectives: play Bloomcall at the Grave of the Gilded, Grave of the Seer and Grave of the Ember, then return to Savage. The character is level 80 in this run; that observation does not establish the minimum unlock level or earlier quest requirements.
- Play at the actual graves. Use the house/ladder route for the Gilded grave, the stream and purple-flowered platform for the Seer, and the upper ladders/ledges for the Ember. Select Bloomcall from Known Songs and complete the current prompt at each grave. Follow the objective checkmarks; a random headstone or merely reaching an area banner does not complete the task. The recording performs these interactions around 17:30–19:40.
- Return to Savage. The recording shows Chieftains of Old completing around 20:20. Do not omit the return step just because all three grave objectives are checked.
What this proves: the task’s visible objectives and the observed performance/return sequence. What remains unknown: its full earlier unlock chain, minimum level, exact effect duration and measured catch probability. The same run catches Elder Goldoak at 02:25, before accepting this task, so the footage does not support “complete all graves before Elder Goldoak can spawn.”
Open The Pale Door: flower, return and key
For The Pale Vessel, we now checked a fresh door-opening sequence rather than relying only on a later open door. Dimstra’s Tall Trees recording, 26:00–29:45 shows these steps:
- Find Lillia in The Last Hearth. She is upstairs in the large house by the settlement’s spawn point. Accept The Pale Flower when it is offered. The character is level 85 at acceptance; the precise minimum level and earlier quest gates remain unknown.
- Carry the flower to her brother’s grave. Descend from the house and follow the redwood paths and small platforms to the headstone against the grey rock wall, next to candles and a large ground flower. Keep the quest flower equipped and use Lay the Flower at the grave. The held-item instruction identifies Lillia’s brother’s grave; it is not one of the three Chieftains objectives. The delivery registers around 27:55.
- Return to Lillia. The Quest Log adds the return objective. At about 28:40 the recording shows The Pale Flower completed, followed by the key being available in the backpack. Delivering the flower alone is not the recorded final step.
- Take Pale Key to the cave. From the upper Tall Trees route, enter the cave, cross the interior platforms with the key in your inventory. At The Pale Door, use Unlock. At 29:26 the message explicitly reads Pale Key was used, followed by entry into the shrine.
- Play at The Pale Shrine fountain. Complete the current catch prompts and verify the result names The Pale Vessel. This player’s eventual catch appears around 50:23–51:12. Neither a guaranteed catch time nor the fountain’s exclusivity is established here.
Truffle’s independent 20 October route also depicts Lillia, the delivery grave and the cave platforms (00:38–02:40). Its shrine door is already open, so it corroborates the landmarks rather than independently proving the reward or key use.
The door opens before this player accepts the later Bellaume Craftsman and Crooked Chime tasks. Keep the visible flower-and-key steps; do not replace them with a claim that every Tall Trees quest must be finished. The complete chain before Lillia offers the flower is still unisolated, as are additional weather, equipment and spawn conditions.
Reserve catches for active requests
The Tall Trees-tagged quest report records these targets:
- Simon: Bugkin for Friend Request.
- Mathisse: a Harmonic catch from Tall Trees for The Bellaume Craftsman.
- Medon: Elder Goldoak, Ignara and Oracle of Cervos for Familiar Markings.
- Aube: Tall Trees catches using the Crooked Chime for its initiation task.
Read the live objective before selling or handing over a catch. These are reported targets, not verified NPC coordinates or guaranteed rewards. We do not adopt the collection video’s garbled NPC names from auto-captions.
What still needs checking
Capran and Craglin remain directory-only: the checked footage shows named Index/inventory records, but not a catch tied to a confidently identified spot. Merely holding a species and the creator’s general “anywhere” claim do not establish its route. The other four newly documented catches also do not prove a universal Tall Trees spawn boundary.
Bloomcall’s complete Elanor quest chain, the minimum levels and earlier prerequisites for Savage and Lillia, current-version changes, equipment, weather and catch odds remain unknown. Ignara’s Wiki/video lower-endpoint disagreement remains disputed.
All 15 Tall Trees entries have local-review pictures. Bugkin and Ebonroot now use native 156×156 thumbnails cropped from Truffle’s 1080p footage, improving the previous 100×93 crops; they are still thumbnails. Fuzzbud remains at 100×93 until a clearer labelled portrait is available. These player-video crops are not original game renders and are not cleared for public release.
